As an adult, and parent, I thought and believed I knew more than my life’s experiences. That made it hard for me to listen, still now, more than I would like to admit. The feeling that “I’m right because I already lived it”-keeps knowledge and understanding at a distance- those who love and need me- will eventually refuse to travel or close.

How do you cope when you swear the only ones who understand are underground?
When you wake up afraid to speak life.

And I know- hope- doesn’t make it reality.
But it can improve your scene, and that’s what Black lives need to see.
Stop Being Greedy
Stopping a child’s education is exactly the same as taking food from their table and out of their mouths. Any action taken to shorten a child’s lifespan means you wish for yours to end.

Adult Learning Disabilities
What I noticed this week from parents was terrifying. Adults always say,
“I will protect my child at all costs.”
But the reality is, they will fight to protect their right to always do harm.
As a parent, the hardest thing to do is shut up and listen. As an adult I learned late to pay attention without searching for comparisons that show evidence of how I relate. I made a -lot of mistakes in life, trying to be slick and get over without putting in the necessary work.
And regardless of whatever smarts I thought I had; over the past few weeks, I realized how much I had failed. As Students taught everyone attending their contract negotiations with the school board and district- (unfortunately without lawyers)- that adults’ personal perceptions and greed continue to severely damage children’s present and futures.
When we think we know everything, we can’t learn anything.
So be the f!!k quiet. Listen and help the youth without destroying their minds.
The Shocking Truth Behind Black Youth Movements
If you could see how the teachers and administration are purposely lying and manipulating the community to portray- Students Seeking Justice- as villains, it would enrage you.
Updates Regarding the River Ridge High School Black Student Union Justice Seekers.
Negotiations went well for the majority of the four-hour meeting between the BSU leadership, their trusted advisor, the North Thurston Public School District, School Board leadership. Also in the meeting was a neutral mediator, and two parents, (I was one of the parents).
5 out of 7 short term goals were addressed during the meeting. The school board seemed willing to meet the demands, but a few disturbing points of contention need to be addressed in the email.
All points are listed below.
1. On Friday February 7th 2022. The District sent out a School Board approved email stating the protest “particularly impacted the Life-Skills students” (These are the Special Needs students). And for that reason, they were concerned about the safety of students and prohibited the protest.
This email infuriated ALL of the Life-Skills teachers. They emailed a rebuttal calling the district's statements a fallacy. The Life -Skills teachers stated the only reason their students were “particularly impacted” resulted from a lockdown- (the school knew about the night before in the form of a shooting threat against the BSU Justice Seekers.) Both the District’s accusations and The Life-Skills rebuttal are attached.
2. During the negotiation, all dangerous, misleading, manipulative emails were brought up with a focus on the (one) mentioned above. The district and School Board leadership were made aware of how dangerous they were making the BSU Justice Seekers look in the eyes of the community- and some parents, which has already resulted in (one), parent showing up and aggressively approaching the Justice Seekers, while yelling racist, and homophobic slurs at them and Lacey PD. That angry racist parent was kicked of the premises, but not before threatening “There will be blood”
3. Although the school board leadership apologized for the emails and their dangerous sentiment. they sent their Public Relations manager Courtney Schrieve to interview with a local news station and repeat the exact same lie about the Life-Skills students being “particularly impacted.” I made sure I was also interviewed to state the truth. (Both interviews happened this morning February 7th 2022)
4. One of the students demands was to ensure students would not be negatively impacted or retaliated against for their participation in the “Strike” BUT, today after the meeting, the students found out that their ONLY TRUSTED ADVISOR, was placed on suspension while they investigate the use of her leave. The students are now placed in a position where if they react to Ms. Trans suspension, they fear she will face double retaliation.
5. THESE ARE THE TACTICS THE BSU JUSTICE SEEKERS ARE FACING. STUDENTS ARE FACING A BOARD OF SCHOOL LEADERSHIP WHO SAYS THEY WANT WHAT’S BEST FOR THE STUDENTS, BUT RESORT TO ALL THE AFOREMENTIONED BEHAVIOR THAT MAKES STUDENTS FEEL UN-TRUSTING OF THE SCHOOL AND DISTRICT.
Lastly. The Black Student Union (which includes all races and genders and gives safe space and voice for all Anti-racists, Anti-sexists, and all those who have suffered from racism and sexual violence). The BSU remains committed to building safe schools throughout the entire district, despite having to battle the establishment that’s supposed to protect and nurture them and their futures.
Also, the District and School board leadership agreed to apologize for their misleading, dangerous, unsafe, emails and portrayal of the BSU Justice Seekers, but as you see, they would rather send out emails detailing how well they did today during negotiations.

Kids watch their parents.
And after they fulfill the nightmare- role model heroes become a terror that disrupts life. Showcasing every disappointing, disgusting behavior of mortal parents-who are supposed to take the charge of making life better. But instead break children.
When adults allow the same horrors, they suffered or feared to consume their families, they teach and promote harm, through allowance. Because they won’t own up to mistakes and flaws.
Watching children laugh at and perform damaging and disturbing behavior- without stopping and discussing what you see- rapes and molests a child’s mind raw.

Especially not to River Ridge High School. Having the most diverse school in the district-you would think, this day and age would be a good thing- but think again. They show the least amount of support for their BIPOC population, despite having Black and Latin administrators in positions of Power.
I can’t tell if they’re more like Samuel from Django Unchained, Uncle Ruckus from The Boondocks, or The Black cop from Boyz n the Hood. Your own people showing out for the white co-sign, until they remind you, “Nigger you know your Black right”. (Shout out to ICE CUBE for that line,)
The Black Student Union, decided to protest today January 31st, 2022, at River Ridge, against racism, sexual harassment, and every other discrimination White people are fighting in court to maintain.
The student’s message to the North Thurston School District should wake everybody up,
“You keep telling us to be adults about our injustice and discrimination, but we don't want to be like you."
"We don't want to learn to accept and ignore Racism and Sexual Harassment.”
They should never want to follow in a sympathizer’s footsteps.
And soon as they said that-It was as if the bleached skin Jesus MeriKKKa prays to couldn't make it to the salon, because at that moment, administrators were spying, and two white students came out from the pool, bare chested and in swim trunks to harass the Black Students.
The administrators quickly went over to politely ask the aggressors to resume swimming but told the Black and other students of color that they would not graduate if they protested.
To make matters worse, the district sent out an email before the protest. Stating;” We, The North Thurston Public School District do not support the protest.” “We advise our Black Students to wait until Black History Month to Voice their issues.”
What kind of confederate, Birth of a Nation, White Domestic Terrorist Militia response is that?
And that’s why I wasn’t excited when Derek Chauvin was sentenced, because I knew people would exhale and go back to sleep and dream Blacks would shut up and accept every inhumane treatment like they try to make us believe slaves did.
"Why would we wait until next month when we have been speaking up about this for years!" A student asked.
River Ridge and North Thurston School District are banking on the protest being ignored. Then they can continue to cover up the Racism and Sexual Harassment cases and proceed with business as usual.
The students Need support from everyone. If you really want to end the bullying, harassment, murder, depression, and suicide of your children, then show up and support the Black Student Union.
If not, then just continue allowing racists and sexual deviants to torment your kids.
Remember, you're the adults. So don’t just act like one- Fucking BE ONE.
The protest will continue until The Black Student Unions demands are met. They will protest at 7:30 am, every day until further notice.
And if you’re wondering why the other schools didn’t participate, or more students didn’t show up for support? You already know why.

Seattle-area parent and radio host make Black youth feel threatened over powerful MLK Jr. Day poem

On January 17th 2022, The North Thurston High School, presented a virtual assembly for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. During the assembly a Black youth shared a poem in honor of MLK Jr’s legacy.
The poem upset a parent (referred to as a Mexican mother in the attached article). Rantz: Seattle-area school uses MLK Jr. Day to bash police and USA - MyNorthwest.com, (Jason Rantz, 2021).
The parent forwarded the video to a conservative radio station 770KTTH, where its host Jason Rantz, posted the video on twitter @jasonrantz, and asked, “Is this what the holiday is meant for?”
The answer to that question is an obvious, resounding, YES! That is exactly what it’s meant for.
Quick history-White America only plays the gentle part of the I have a dream speech, where MLK Jr, states his dream of little Black boys and girls holding hands with little White boys and girls, and Blacks being judged by their character not their color. They don’t show MLK Jr. criticizing America about racism, injustice and inequality. They don’t show him saying there will be uprising and unrest until we have justice.
And in 2022, 54 years after MLK Jr’s murder, Black people are still facing these same issues. ---No theories, just Facts and Truths.

In his article regarding the poem, Rantz states “Anti-police and anti-America messages on display.”
Let’s dissect each line from the poem to see if we can find a Lie or any anti-police or anti-America messages. And also see why Critical Race Facts are being opposed by Whites preferring the continued teaching of White Racial Theory.

The student then asks, “does anyone know what the colors of the American Flag represent?”
He explains that the flag’s “red represents, “the blood we shed building a country that sees us as less than human.” “It stands for “the blood for a system that puts us behind bars for profit.” TRUTH!!!
I will assume Rantz knows his American history. I will also assume he knows American history is also Black history. I’m sure Rantz was watching the news over the last several years and saw innocent unarmed Black people murdered by police.

And before some pretend genius uses White America’s favorite plea “what about Black-on-Black crime?” The answer is “What about White-on-White crime?” More importantly, “What about White youth shooting up schools’ crime?”

The poem continues, as the teen explains what the white in the flag, represents. “purity of little Black boys and girls who are victim to a one-way ticket to prison, the purity of our minds and who we are as a people being broken down and walked on like a concrete sidewalk.”--- OPINION!!! rooted in some FACTS. This is where theory happens.
The next section, describing the blue in the flag. Rantz tells us before we read “The teen isn’t fond of the police.”--- OPINION!!!
“heroes, defenders of what’s right and wrong during the day and night but struggle to refrain from taking innocent life.” They choke you up and beat you down, thinking if they can’t wipe the color from your skin, they’ll watch it go out in your eyes,” he rhymes. “And just like that, you’re another Black body disenfranchised by the system that claims to see everyone as equal in its eyes. That’s a lie. More lies more poisonous than the tear gas that they attack us with. Tired of seeing police chiefs come to stand and read apologies like an actor reads this line off a page.” --- TRUTH!!!
They are HEROES-except for the ones who struggle with what he describes. The attached article might help America understand the TRUTH & OPINION behind his beliefs-especially considering how much America loves Veterans. Where does it say he’s not fond of the police? HE CALLS THEM HEROES. Where does he Lie? He is talking about incidents that have happened in public and shown on the news.---ALL FACTS AND TRUTH.
But since Derrick Chauvin’s conviction, America has forgotten that Black Lives Matter, and about George Floyd, Eric Gardner, and Breonna Taylor, and those terrible murders aren’t even the most recent.
In my opinion, he believes we need Police, but because of certain individuals, the system does need to be reformed. And to fix any misunderstanding (reform does not mean abolish)

The poet also holds Blacks that commit crimes accountable. But he also shows Blacks as humans, who make mistakes, and should be treated equal to White teens that commit extreme acts of violence and are shown compassion regarding their surroundings, upbringing and mental health.
Rantz writes, “an angry young man critical of the country in which he lives and the System of Oppression, that victimizes him and other Black Americans. --- “TRUTH!!!
The young man is and should be critical about the system of oppression.

TRUTH is, White American history and racism is theorized because it leaves out facts. So, the poems critical tone about race is very necessary.
What part of Black, People of Color, and Immigrants suffering racism, injustice, and inequality in America and throughout its history is theory? (None---It’s all TRUTH!!!)
The good and bad parts of history must be taught, studied, learned, and discussed without malice. Or else we will keep repeating it. That is TRUTH, regardless of what side you support.
In the article, Rantz explains how “one daughter/student watching the video felt compulsory.
I have to say, that is disappointing. If a child doesn’t want to watch a video of poetry celebrating MLK Jr, they shouldn’t have to. But they should watch a documentary on MLK Jr’s journey and his fight for civil rights to know and see what really happened.
Truth is critical, and it will show during the civil rights movement that MLK Jr. faced extreme racism. Blacks were hated, lynched, hung, and beat for peacefully marching. They received this treatment from the American government, White parents, and their little White girls and boys, the police and fire departments.
People should also see how the White allies that sided with MLK Jr. were also hated and beat. Sounds familiar right? --- No theory. Just FACTS and TRUTH!!!
The mother who forwarded the article to Rantz, said she “thinks an adult put the youth up to the poem because she can’t imagine a kid going through these issues.”
Ahhhh, to this I ask, do you know what country you live in? Or more importantly, for this instance, What school district your non-White child attends? (I assume the child is not White, because the mother referred to herself as Mexican.)
You are in the school district where high school teachers tell black students to “come to the front of the class and pick cotton to see what it feels like to be a slave.”
The school’s response to the incident was “North Thurston Public Schools deeply apologizes for the hurt and offense this classroom activity inflicted on our students.” Local students allegedly made to participate in cotton-picking activity; school district apologizes – KIRO 7 News Seattle, (2021)
This is a school district where White narrators read the audio of White American literature describing Black people as Niggers in Freshman English classes, with the only explanation being “you all are adults, and this is just how they spoke back then.” Ignoring the FACT and TRUTH, that Blacks are still fighting the same racism today. (The school handled this incident internally)
Your child is in a school district where the word Nigger gets painted on walls, and the Black custodians have to remove it. (The school handled this incident internally)
Your child is in a school district where non-Black students attend high school basketball games and taunt Black players with monkey noises, and then post it on social media to traumatize Black students. Racist incident at Capital vs. River Ridge basketball game | Tacoma News Tribune (thenewstribune.com) (The father of the child who was subjected to the racism, posted the incident on Facebook and has had several requests to remove the video.) Silence increases the Theory that racism doesn’t exist.
This school district classified Asian students as White instead of People of Color (POC), because they performed too well, - aka-were too smart not to be any race other than White. WA school district apologizes for excluding Asians as POC (nwasianweekly.com), (2020)
Maybe the mother doesn’t realize sending articles to right wing media outlets greenlights further attacks against Black youth.
To that mother, I hope you realize brown skinned people are also who MLK Jr. was fighting for, and the Black youth that made you so upset was also speaking up for.
If you want to know the truth about critical race theory, study the FACTS! Martin Luther King Jr. who obviously, FACTUALLY-TRUTHFULLY, believed All Lives mattered, wanted to protect, and improve All lives but knew that couldn’t happen without improving the lives of Blacks and other oppressed people.
Study the FACTS and TRUTHS of why the Black Lives Matter movement was founded, and how they have the same dream as MLK Jr. and the civil rights movement---TRUTH!!!
Also study the history behind why both movements were met with racism and how their White allies were demonized. ---ALL TRUTH, no theory!!!

To the passionate young Black, Gifted Poet,
The only thing you need to fear is quitting when they try to force, seduce, or use fear tactics to stop you from telling the truth. Keep educating yourself. Read and learn the Black side, and the White side of thought. It is all written for you to study and televised for you to watch, learn, and understand, while gaining knowledge and wisdom.
Base your insights on FACTS and TRUTH. And just as White people are proud of their heritage, be proud of yours. It’s a privilege they cannot remove. Keep your composure because these people know what they do. They will instigate negative responses so you can prove you are an angry Black…… Never believe racists are stupid. Because if they were, they would not control some of the most powerful and profitable institutions.
Lastly, your poem was perfect, it carried on Martin Luther King Jr’s tradition.

Ladies and Gentlemen. I was up late again. Nothing put me to sleep. Not even porn. So, I’m going to write about nothing and hope I come up with something.
Playing with my shadow, wishing it would loom large and be admired like a giant prick, this is a tough task. I’m already hard enough to deal with. But, then, I could screw the world over, without any blame. I could flirt, with disaster, because that is what we are all chasing.
I give the attention. When I am threatened, they get a rise out of me, as expected. I will yell “suck on my night stick.” And “choke and die.” The horror on their faces will look like they had a mouth full of crusty cum stained taint.
That should always be the reward for minding another man’s business. Is that too much? Nah, it’s not enough. If you play rough and dirty, you should be left hurt and disgusting.
When you knock a someone’s hustle, the square off might leave you out-lined in chalk. That’s my “Hova talk”
